[ANSYS Meshing] elements=control volumes? -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Thomashoffmann Member Thomas Hoffmann Join Date: Oct 2012 Posts: 67 Rep Power: 13	Hi all. When Ansys meshing tells me that my domain contains elements, is that the same as control volumes? In my world elements are used in the finite element method, while control volumes are used when the finite volume method is present...
