mesh only fluid and keep impeller for dynamic simulation
 

Hello everybody,

I am using ansys modeler for a mixed tank reactor, but I am pretty fresh to CFD. With a herculean effort I have drawn my reactor, mixing zones and impeller, but I cannot figure how to mesh fluid only in 2 sections and keep the baffles and impeller for dynamic simulation in Fluent. Attatched figure might help or show my mistakes.
Can anybody give me advice?
