Error: small gap in meshing with Tgrid

Hi... I am a beginner in Gambit. I want to ask about meshing process.
I mesh a volume that has a small volume in it. I have succeed for meshing the small volume, then I want to mesh the bigger one with Hybrid-Tgrid type. But I have not succeed with Gambit comment: Error: small gap.
Thank for helping

first I assume you need to substract (or split) smaller volume from first.
Regarding small gap, it means that you have a small edge inside your volume, and gambit cannot mesh this entity.
For fixing this problem, you can use merge or refine your mesh on this entity.
As usual a picture may help
