Default double pipe heat exchanger meshing in ICEM CFD

hi friends..
i m new to icem cfd ...i hav done modelling of exchanger in solidworks and i hav imported to ICEM CFD... how should i do meshing for exchanger..abt considering fluid and solid interfaces.....etc..i think it is a multiphase flow so can any body help me out??
