uniform grid in Fluent

In order to get an uniform grid in Fluent I tried the cut cell method in the assembly meshing layer. This leads to a nearly uniform cube grid.
There are two issues that I want to improve in my next working sessions.

A) A "real" uniform grid exists out of one kind of cell with an equal size (for example only cubes). Is there a method in fluent or cfx to transform the geometry into a uniform grid without curves?

B) If I use the cut cell method I'm limited too less thousands of elements. The mesher sends me the error "too much elemets for the assembly - method". Is there a easy way to fix this?
