ICEM can't generate proper mesh help
 

Dear everyone
now I am meshing a geometry.I set the face mesh quad dominant and the volume mesh hexa-dominant.After I compute the mesh,it generate the face mesh.As for the volume mesh,it says "can't generate proper mesh".
This problem puzzled me a long time.I hope you can help me.
