Geometry association

Hi,
I am new to meshing with icem cfd. I am trying to mesh a s-shaped duct with elliptical to circle transition by creating O-Grid block. My doubt is after association of edges and curves, surface and faces.is it ok if the blocks protrude out of the actual geometry

got some problems with meshing...values of determinant in negative...but those elements are at a different location...i think the reason for that seems to be something else and am working on it...and sorry i cannot post the exact image..but i have added a image which might give some idea..the image corresponds to central plane...the red region is where the block protrudes out of the window, the yellow region is where i have the low quality elements...
