Hi,
I have been recently introduced to ICEM CFD and I wanted to create a mesh for my somewhat complex cylinder geometry.
Desired properties are as follows:

1. Only "Hexa" elements in the interior and no Tetras (since they're not compatible with my solving methods in Fluent).
2. "Tri" elements on the surface to correctly handle the curves of the geometry (I mean not all-Quad, maybe few).
3. and I suppose few "Prism" elements representing the boundary layer to connect the tri and hexa elements.
is it even possible ?

My efforts yield no success to do this properly, despite searching and reading many threads regarding this kind of mesh.
No matter how I change the settings, there will always be unwanted tetra elements there.

I'd greatly appreciate any help.
