Hi experts.
I've got a geometry with several surfaces beside each other which have their own curvature radius at the end. When I try to merge them they don't fit in to their boundaries and some tiny holes are made. Repair geometry can not fix them. it doesn't detect the holes. How can I fix them?
thanks in advance

Best fix is to run octree, repair mesh (as tools of mesh edit are more powerful) and delete underlying geometry. Create geometry from the created mesh and you are done (Tips by Simon)

Hi mate,
Maybe holes are just visual. Try decreasing Tri tolerance. Just search in forum "tri tolerance" and you get it.
