Default Problem continuing 2D boundary layer to adjacent surface

Dear all,

I'm having problems creating a satisfactory 2D boundary layer. Specifically, the b-layer at the wall is not continued properly to the lines without boundary layer (i.e. inlet and outlet), see attached picture. The max. prism angle is set to 180°.
It's noteworthy that the problem does not exist for my 3D meshes.
Any help is much appreciated!
