How to generate mesh in ANSYS Meshing as per attached image?

Hello All!

Please find the attachment.

I am a newbie to CFD. I just want to ask if anybody want to have meshing as shown in the image how to do that? The similar type of meshing I want to do to my spoiler which is NACA 2412 of 200 mm chord extruded to 1350 mm.

Thanks in advance.

P.S. I am using ANSYS 13 workbench
