Exporting mesh file from ANSYS similar to Gambit neutral file

1 Attachment(s)
I am trying to model a simple cylindrical duct in ANSYS, am meshing the duct in ANSYS and then want to export the information of this mesh do do further analysis using Matlab.
In the past, I have done this using Gambit which exports the mesh info in an Ascii file (see "gambit_example attachment) containing node information along with boundary conditions, etc. I want to now instead of using Gambit, use Ansys to do my meshing but I cannot seem to find a way of exporting my mesh in a similar fashion to how Gambit did.
I have tried fiddling around with ICEM in FLUENT but nothing really seems to be working for me and I am feeling rather clueless!

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks.
