Import Mesh from CFX-Solve to OpenFOAM

Hello,

I want to import my mesh files in order to simulate a complete cycle of an ICE in OpenFOAM. I obtained my Geometries with Icem, after running the .rpl files written with cfx.
The obtained .msh files were the imported in CFX-Solve and a .def file was defined.
At the end I obtained .res and .trn files, which I don't know how to use.
I need more meshes for each of my 4 geometry positions, that is why I can't import the geometry directly from icem.
Please give me an advice how to transform my files (.res; and .trn) into geo or msh files that I can use.

Best regards,

Andrei
