how to boundary condition for mixing tank , ( mrf moving zone ) ?

Can you spare more details? What are you doing and what you want to achieve?

Can anybody help how to achieve the effect of impeller rotation on the neighbor fluid region....so far I know both of them are in motion(using sliding mesh method)?? is there any specific boundary condition needed??
