The mesher tries meshing with fines settings because the shape checking failed, I think

thanks for your reply

if i mesh just one part, it never attempt 9 times, but if i mesh this part in a multibudy part, it will attempt 9 times.

It is much easier to mesh just one bodies than to mesh a multibody part.
By the way, you don't have a multibody part to begin with. I see 8 separate bodies in the tree.

you right . i have 8 separate bodies. i use multizone method for meshing. then i activate using icemcfd. in body selection menu, i selected 4 parts, so when i update meshing, it opens icem cfd, and i should mesh every part in icem cfd, but when i mesh one of the parts in icem cfd and converted to unsterauctured, then i closed, but it again opens the icem cfd for that part again, and it happens several times,

now i have a question, why it attempts 9 times, while i meshed accurately that part in icem cfd?

The mesher is trying to mesh the geometry. I will stop after 8 attempts. Try changing the mesh settings.
