What is the difference between soft and hard behavior in ansys meshing?
In what conditions SOFT behavior can be used?

"Soft" behavior allows the mesher to change the restrictions you imposed.
If the mesher concludes that it can produce a higher quality mesh by ignoring your input, it will do so.
