Problem with ANSYS Meshing - how to refine?

I attached a picture of the problem I am experiencing. The attached pic shows 2 views of the object of interest. I am having an issue with the top part as you can see. It's unable to generate elements for part of that geometry.
What kind of sizing option (face, edge, body) would be the best to solve the problem? Of if localized sizing isn't the best way to fix it, what other options are there?

You can start by selecting 'fine' in the 'sizing' section. Also play with 'min size', 'max face size', etc.

You may also impose number of nodes on a faces or vertices via 'sizing'. Refinement can be done via 'refine' option in 'mesh control'.

Play little bit and lets see what you get.

Thanks for the reply.
By selecting fine, do you mine selecting 'fine' under "relevance center" in the "sizing" tab? What does that do?
