[Workbench] Static structural by solution of Fluent(with imported mesh from ICEM)

Hi everybody

I was meshed a model in icem cfd(Ver 14.0), and imported to workbench geometry project and solved it by Fluent, now I cannot transfer it into static structural project.
in fact static structural project needs geometry link, but i did not mesh the model in workbench meshing project (I have meshed model).

could anybody help me?

I'm about to try smth similar.
I'm not experienced with Workbench but was thinking whether you could try to read a geometry in for the imported mesh?

Hi,
If you can mesh your model in ICEM then you should try to include this in workbench? i.e. not importing the mesh but using ICEM CFD as a component part of the project schematic in workbench.
Geometry (with fluid + solid) --> ICEM --> Fluent and the same geometry would go to the static structural as well as the input from fluent.

Hi Marion,
yes, This project (Using ICEM CFD as a component part of the project schematic) could complete with ansys workbench v.14.5.
