Hello, i am very new, please explain about the mesh law in icem cfd ,i.e. why it is used , where its used, difference between individual mesh laws......?

It's for controlling the height of the first element and it's expansion. to better capture the boundary condition and to refine. You just forgot to click on help... It is well explained there
