I need lectures or notes about how can I build the grid by using fluent :confused:

You have to use gambit for meshing,i'm not sure if you can do this by fluent itself.
Search and ask to someone around you that knows fluent and gambit.

You can find these on the ANSYS support site, which you have access to via your FLUENT license.
