Hi ,
I am trying to simulate a SAH (Solar Air Heater ) using trapezoidal ribs . But I am having tying to get inflation layers to simulate the heat transfer boundary layers effectively . I am not sure what i should be doing . While simulating in Fluent , there is an of having the heater solid , i.e I get a warning that heater is a solid hence i cannot do the simulation well enough . RI have removed the ribs from the fluid region/Test Section above the plate Warning: Flow boundary zone 21 is adjacent to a solid zone (13). This problem MUST be fixed before solution can proceed! materials in neighbor cell threads (12 and 15) of interior zone 5 are of different types (air and aluminum). This problem MUST be fixed before solving I would really appreciate any help All cell zones maybe converted to Fluid , I am not sure why this is happening . |
