hexa mesh nodes associated mistakenly, need help

Hello,

When I built a hexa mesh for a metal block in flow, I meet a problem that all nodes in a line connect to a point which looks like the attached pic. Does anyone knows where is my problem? and how to fix it?

Many thanks

First you should check associations of edges and verts. But I think you have already done that, right? Very rarely ICEM associates faces wrong without any obvious reasons. I had a similar problem when using copy periodic blocking. It helped to associate the affected faces manually. I think I used the option associate to part.
