How to refine a mesh generated with ICEM

I have generated a mesh using ICEM. In the volume mesh there are some cells missing. Seems software couldn't generate a cell at that spot. How can I fill these empty cells?

Is it possible that it is just an error in display the mesh? thanks so much for the tutorial file was useful
