Lilly is on a distinguished road
Dear all,
I am stuck on a problem at the moment:
I got a geometry of some vessel bifurcations where the vessel branches have different dimensions (see pic).
I thought it might be better not to get a too large aspect ratio and therefore shorten the elements in flow direction within the smaller vessels.
Therfore, I tried different things:
  • I tried the "match edge spacing" (my thought was that I could choose the spacing of the first block of an vessel and the following would be adjusted) (but sometimes I get the error message : Warning: edge ... and ... don't match) and also updated the "curve->edge bunching", but this didn't work
  • I tried to set the curve mesh setup for the centerline curves within the vessels and updated the meshing parameters, but this didn't work as well
  • I tried to create a new part of the blocks of one vessel and updated the meshing parameters, but this didn't work too
Does anybody have an idea how I could solve this problem?
Thank you in advance!
Lilly
