Hello everyone!

I need to generate a mesh of modified hydrocyclone fluid volume. After creating the geometry in SolidWorks and extracting fluid volume in Ansys DM, then slicing fluid domain and forming a new part, I want to obtain conformal mesh in all interfaces, but I still get non conformal interface in one place. I have already tried various meshing methods, nothing worked.

It is quite important for me, so I attach my files and a screenshot so that You can help me. Thank you very much!

Sorry i am unable see the pictures but please check and do it may it help you please check there should be gap in between the volumes, if found gap you can extrude the faces are can use the solid extrude method
or did you check in DM all are in one part, select all parts and right click-new part
