Lightbulb Meshing around a propeller blade

hello everyone, I am working on a marine propeller. I am trying to create a hexa mesh using ICEM. I am very new to it and my blocking strategies are not giving good results. can anyone suggest a solution. I can share my files if anyone is interested. please reply.

Actually far, problem is my blade is highly twisted. Also I don't have much idea about blocking, I am doing it first time.I have gone through some tutorials, But I am using just basic things. Can you suggest a blocking strategy.

actually you have very little space in the vicinity of blades. Change the periodic boundaries roughly to the shape of blade.
