Default creating different parts in 2d blocked component

hi all
if o-grid is created then it is very easy to pick cells to create new part to assign solid or liquid otherwise is it possible to shift cells to perticular boundary
please help me in this issue i am new bee in this field how to create different parts in 2d meshed block or rather how to shift mesh cells generated into different region for creating more than one pats like fluid , solid copper , solid aluminium likewise

also can you please guide me regarding boco
can it be possible to solve the problem by only providing inlet condition for turbulent flow without outlet conditions

yes i have meshed it with 2d blocking
only i want is how to shift created mesh in particular area without using o-grid for part
usually we use to create o grid to part & then we keep it or we delete block as per model requires
by creating o grid it is very easy to pick particular cell from that particular block while selecting for part & then part can be created but when o-grid is not created how to do this ?
