Geometry issues [pics]

Hey
Hoping some kind ICEM users on here can help with an annoying issue. I'm not overly experienced with ICEM. I am modelling a set of pipes with different connection angles and all I'm trying to do is connect two pipes.

To join the pipe to the end of the other pipe I'm using GEOMETRY>EXTEND SURFACE>EXTEND CURVE TO SURFACE (pics will make this clear)
This method works in some cases, but when the connection angles are more severe, gaps between the pipes appear as in the photos.

Would appreciate some help on this as it's really setting me back.

Thanks

Luis

Luis, I´m not sure about your problem. But did you try to view the surfaces as "show full" option? You have to right click on surfaces and then choose "show full".

you can also try to create surface from the end curves on both surfaces!!!

But if you cannot good surface/surface connection, then you have to go back to cad software.
