Text Command/menu option for Skewness
 

Can someone tell me the text command or the menu option for checking mesh skewness?....in fluent or Ansys meshing.
I have tried Grid quality and report quality command in fluent and I dont get the skewness of the mesh.
Is it a global value like aspect ratio and orthogonality or Is it local i.e different for each cell and cant be averaged to a single value?
I know that the maximum skewness should be <0.95 and the average below 0.33.
