2D Tri/prism mesh around zero-thickness curve (sail)

Hi there, I am trying to mesh a single curve (analogous to a single skin sail) in ICEM. The curve is similar in shape to one half of a 2D symmetric airfoil. I have managed to create a tri mesh using the Curve Mesh Setup and patch independent surface mesher but I can't seem to use the Blayer functionality to create finer prism/quad cells along the curve. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do this?

Thank you!

I don't think it can be done, curve needs to be a closed loop for Blayer2D to function. I only found this thread now, apologies for the repost:
