Error in CEM CFD Workshop tutorial trial

I'm learning ICEM CFD .. I did the shell meshing workshop using WingBody geometry. I followed exactly the steps as mentioned however there is a small problem and difference in the mesh I generated as shown below n the figures....(mesh in the red marked surface region in 2nd figure)...
1st Figure (1.jpg attachment below) is the pic from the workshop pdf which seems correct, 2nd Figure(2.jpg figure below )is mesh I generated.
I'm unable to understand why this happened and also how I could obtain mesh as in the workshop pic
Any help is sincerely appreciated!
