yassi271 is on a distinguished road
I decided to simulate flow in a fuel assembly in ansys. but i didn't know how to add spacer grids.
i investigated 2 method:
1. adding spacer grids as a solid by a thickness.
it cause to have problems in meshing process.
2. cut spacer grid solid phase from geometry
it cause too many part and again meshing problem
3. use of non-conformal mesh and hence interfaces near
spacer grid phase.
4. I heard that i can add spacer grids as a zero-thikness faces
but i dont know

is there any one who help me find my way.
thanks.
