Hi,

I am having the following problem with ICEM:

Geometry is simple --> Rectangle 200x0,06191 (x,y) with an inlet and outlet at the x direction, a wall and an axis.

When I have a number of nodes at the x direction Nx=32300 and on the y direction Ny=50, I have an aspect ratio of dx/dy=5 (orthogonal mesh). Untill here, no problem at all.

I want to do a finer mesh with a dx/dy=2.5 without changing Ny (50). For this, I need to have Nx=64600. However, here is where the problem is. ICEM doesn't show the mesh when I press "pre-mesh". It shows "Done recompute", but nothing happens. I save the project and do Mesh->load from blocking and the attached error message appears.

If I keep Ny=50 and Nx=32750, it is still working. If I change Nx=32800 it stops working.

If I change Ny=60, I am also limited around Nx=32750...

Any help is much appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Duda
