ICEM meshing

hello
I am completely amateur in ICEM:(
I have imported a geometry with .stl format which is like a curved pipe to ICEM and I don't know how to mesh and define boundary conditions, PLEASE help me .It shows that it is just one surface but I need to have 3 boundary conditions for inlet, outlet and wall and I am looking for good mesh and boundaries.
if there any one who can help?

I don't think anyone would have the time to list down the entire procedure. Have you completed a few tutorials in ICEM?

thanks for your attention
you are absolutely right but I am in a big rush and I just need important few steps to do that because I am using Gambit and in this case somehow it is not capable .
I have seen some tutorials about ICEM on the web but non of them was relevant to my geometry If you know any tutorial please share it.
thank you

Have you ever checked ICEM CFD Tutorial Manual?
It has a tutorial called "Tetra/Prism Mesh Generation for an Aorta" which is close to what you need.

Tetra/Prism Mesh Generation is the easiest method which you can learn by going through that tutorial.
