Two level coil mesh problem
 

Hi everyone

I make CHT simulations in CFX of coil heat exchanger. I My problem is with perfoming appropriate mesh for fluid (oil) domain. Sweeping whole part isn't going weel while it was skeewing model at turns.
According to advices found on this forum, I tried with Multizone method on multipart sliced between curves and straights.
Meshing operation last very long, and then shows up an errors, that I shlud allow Free mesh type, while it was on. Another error was that the method is wrong.

I would like to make hexa inflated mesh appropriate for laminar/low turbulence flow. Could you give me advice how to overcome this problem?
