Round jet impinging on a flat plate

Hey

I am trying to simulate confined round jet impingement on a circular flat plate. I am attaching a picture of the domain. I have meshed the geometry using ICEM CFD. The blocking I have used seems inappropriate to me as I am getting low quality elements on the faces. Please suggest an alternate blocking strategy. I am attaching the snapshots of the blocking and the low quality elements.

Blocking is ok. Snap the vertices to relevant curves...
