Hybrid Mesh on 2D airfoil

I'm a new user of ICEM CFD and I'm trying to do an hybrid mesh around an airfoil, but I have some problems. I had look at lots of other post on this subject in this forum but I didn't found the solution.
I want to have a quadra boundary layer and a triangular mesh around, like on the first picture attached to this message. I have something very closed but I have some issues with the trailing edge.
Being not a usual user of ICEM, maybe my mesh method is wrong. I did:
- Create a rectangular(*) farfield around my airfoil
- Create a surface (fluid) on this farfield, then segment this surface at the airfoil curve
- Delete the airfoil surface (so I have a airfoil shaped hole on my fluid surface)
- Build Topology
- Then Mesh with the following parameter:
Global Mesh Setup: All Tri, Patch Dependent
Part Mesh Setup: max size Farfield:1 , Fluid: prism and int wall option selected (not max size specified)
-Then curve mesh setup to specify the boundaries conditions that I want.
So I don't know how to have a better mesh near the traling edge. Thank you in advance for your response.
*If I do a circular farfiled, I am unable to segment the surface into a farfield surface and an airfoil surface and then to have an airfoil shaped hole in my fluid surface... I don't understand why It doesn't work with a circular surface...
