creating different regions/parts for different initial conditions

Hello friends!

I am currently trying to mesh the shown geometry. The goal is to initialize different initial conditions in the cone and in the cylinder in cfx (f.e. Water in the cone and air in the cylinder). Therefore , I created two material points in ICEM, one in the cylinder and the other one in the cone. I allready tried to create two blocks. One surrounding the whole geometry and the other block surrounding only the cone. I am not sure if this the right way to go since the mesh cells from both blocks do not overlap. Is there maybe a "one-block-solution"? Would be pleased if you could help.

Thanks
