[ANSYS Meshing] meshing in workbench

Default meshing in workbench

I want to mesh a tubular reactor in workbench ANSYS. the picture of it is attached. it seems that doesnt have symetry. this reactor is very big and complex so my computer (corei 3, ram 8) cant mesh it. I dont have better computer. what can I do to mesh it? Can i separate parts of reactors? what is your suggestion?
