Heat Pipe is on a distinguished road
This pic explains my inquiry
Is there any need to delete the yellow path line after getting the Geometry ??

Oky Max I really appreciate your effort
Take a look at the last work of mine. After deleting the path line was Oky
Now the last issue is how to mesh it
I did meshing to the volume directly and selected Hex(elements) with Map(type) but I need to achieve the following
48X48X200 as a X*Y*Z

if you need to mesh also the inner part of your domain, you won't be able to mesh it with quad (I already mentionned it at the beginning of your thread).
For your request 48x48x200. mesh the section (2d) first with desired mesh density and finally mesh the volume by giving the density along one curved edge (200 nodes for instance)

Yes I remembered your point.
Let discuss this ... in my picture I think the inner wall is meshed as presented in the pic but after doing mesh check I got that message as mentioned in the black line with the picture which is :

0 out of 1 meshed volume failed mesh check for inverted elements !!!

try to split your geometry symetrically along (yz), and remesh just one half.
Check if this problem remains

After splitting my geometry by a plane (YZ)
To mesh it I got a Prompt then my Gambit and later the program does not continue

no problem from my side to mesh it on the fly
Untitled.jpg
*mesh Face.4 with size 1
*mesh volume.1 with size 1
>> worst element 0.2

Same procedure of your
the summarizing gave this

0 out of 1 meshed volume failed mesh check for skewed elements > 0.97
0 out of 1 meshed volume failed mesh check for inverted elements

3D
Total elements = 69300
Active elements = 69300 100%
lower = 0
upper = 1
Worst element 0.199768

2D
Worst element 0.199768

That's what I get.
If you get this, than volume meshing is successful

Thanks mate

I meshed the volume directly without meshing the face 4 as you did
got 0.202 the worst element only

is it correct ?

Cheers

I understand right now what you did....
You used the Check Volume Meshes, which gives you " 0 out of 1 meshed volume failed mesh check for ...", which means that no volume has failed the check mesh.
Then all volumes have successful check mesh
