Hello together,

I'm just meshing a bent part. There iss a sharp edge at the end, where I need a Y-Block.
Before I generate the y-block, the mesh is ok, but after that, there are strange associations and the mesh is ruined. The atachment shows the mesh without y-block and the ruined mesh.

Is there a Bug ? Or do someone know, how I can rescue my mesh ? Without the y-block the mesh quality is to poor for simulation.

I think it's a problem with associations, but I tried all things I know for this problem (New associations of the edges to curves, vertex to curve, vertex to surface) but nothing fix the problem.

Important:
The problem seems like a bug of ICEM 15.0.
The same operation with ICEM 14.5 works without any problem.

Gweher will become famous soon enough
You should try to update the edge pre-mesh parameters, sometimes when you create your Y-block the parameters are not properly copied to the new edges.

PS: Also encountered when I started to work on the V15
