''Contact sizing'' in 2D Fluent meshing

1 Attachment(s)
Hello everone,
I am new to Ansys Fluent and I am facing a ''contact sizing'' problem between a fluid zone and a solid part. In order to analyse accurate heat transfer between a fluid region and the solid part, the interface boundary has to be properly meshed. Attached is the picture showing an improper contact sizing at the interface.:(
I have also tried contact sizing feature in meshing but I haven't got what I expected.

Please help me with this....:o

Try using 'Match Control'.

When I connected two cell zones (both fluid), I opened connections and created a new connection group. Then switched contact to mesh connection, set an appropriate tolerance by means of a slider, and finally, right-clicked at the grop->selected lightning "automatic creation of connections" (i think) and the connection is ready. You could check the connection either by varying the mesh sizes in individual domains and observing, if the stay uniform at the connection region, or by manipulating the display options with regard to the connections. Hope it helps.
