[ANSYS Meshing] Mesh quality

Hi guys, are mesh aspect ratio, orthogonal quality and skewness the only factors at the end of the day which decide whether a mesh is good or not? If no what are the other factors?
Pardon me if this is a stupid question. Just a beginner

All of them are important! If you read ANSYS meshing manual you will find some helpful guidance!
