Mixer Analysis

Hi Everyone!

I am fairly new to CFD and have only been doing for about a year primarily with combustion. I have been given a problem through my college regarding a giant cylinder with a mixer blade inside that rotates on a shaft.
I have performed a boolean subtraction of the mixer shaft and blades, etc. Which has left me with a fluid zone.

Attatched are images of my named selections
1. There are "outerblades" and "innerblades" which will rotate with the shaft
2. The blades are on a helix, which seems to make a difficult way to mesh.

I have done local sizing on these two named selections "outerblades" and "innerblades" to approx one tenth of the surface length.
I have tried to do inflation but it is giving me trouble.

I could use some suggestions on how to go about this problem and simplify it or any advice is much appreciated!

Matt
