2 simple question about meshing and BC

Hello.
(about Geometry and Mesh in Ansys Workbench)
1. How can I mesh a surface like image1?
coarser in 2sides and fine in the middle?

2. how can I set 2 different domain for 2 parts of a wall?
i made it in geometry in 2 parts.
but in mesh, I can't make them apart and it is a single wall. (image2)

Thank you for helping me and sorry for my not complete English.

Imagine you have single rectangle as a part. Then you create a "slice" through a plane. Then you can use "edge size" to specify the number of elements or size and you can use "bias factor" or "smooth transition" in order to get the grading you have in the picture.

hi
about 1st question Javi answered! you can use "number of divisions" and "bias factors" at edges!
about 2nd question, sorry! it's not clear! can you explain more? do you want to have 2 various wall at shared edge of blue and red domain!?

Hi.
Yes. There is a wall that i want to devide it to 2 parts. because each one had a different B.C.
I made 2walls in geometry environment. (like image2) but in mesh environment there is 1 wall.
how can I do this?

Did you used design modeler for creating geometry!? or used a CAD software and import to ansys?
did you used "form new part"?

I model it in solidworks.
and import it in geometry environment by "Import External Geometry File"

if you create these components in various parts (in assembly not part) it will be various edges! and if you don't use "form new part" in design modeler these 2 edges doesn't changed to 1 edge!

Actually I want to model something like this:

So, I can't use assembly.
I made these 5 lines and then extruded the area.
