I have a simple geometry . I have done non-linear analysis with one loadstep and several substeps.i have completed the analysis. I have to find the average stress of all the nodes in the geometry at all substeps. I dont have a good idea about scripting. After going through help, i cant find any command that help me get the values of stress at each substep

I will be glad if someone could help me with the scripting part, or shed some light into any part of this analysis which will be a great help for me.
