[ICEM] Meshing error?

Default Meshing error?

I made a model with O-grid.
but, some space showed empty mesh. It seems like being missed.

I associated the vertices to curves of each parts.
Seemingly, it didn't show any association problem, but it was shown when the pre-mesh was activated.
In ensight, it also showed missing meshes.

Could you explain the cause of this problem?
