[ANSYS Meshing] Multibody refinement method problem

Hello guys!
I need a little help with meshing rather simple geometry for welding simulation problem.
Here is geometry with partially created mesh:


It consist of 4 bodies grouped in one part.
I need to create dense mesh (1e-5m or smaller, prefered hexa) within orange and green region and sparse mesh on the wide parts.
I've trying to create sizing definition in the "path" regions but results are not satisfactory. I'm at best just an intermediate user of Ansys Meshing module so possibly there is some easy method to obtain desirable result.

Use sizing function with Behavior>Hard and give your element size.
