Hello CFD-Community,
does anybody know how to make periodic-boundary conditions after extruding a 2D Grid? I generated a 2D grid and extruded it into a 3D geometry, but I donīt know how to make the nodes periodic to each other for the 3D mesh. Best Regards |

If you mean periodic vertices of blocking: Edit Block -> Periodic Vertices.

Thank you guys for your quick answers!
I generated a 2D mesh with periodic vertices. After that I extruded the 2D mesh and wanted to know if there is some option I can choose to make the newly created nodes periodic. Of course I could pick the node-twins manually but that would take the whole day :-D .. |
