block and pre-mesh looks well, but misoriented volume elements appear, how surprised?

dear anyone:
i used icemcfd to produce hex. the mesh seems very well, but determinant of part meshes is is almost -1.
error appear:diagnostics- misoriented volume elements.
error said that 4176 problem elements were found. you can put them in a new subset-volume orientations......i fail to find any problem to solve it.
can anybody help me,it confuses me a lot.

What about that beautiful Fix button? :D

snailstb September 14, 2015 04:18

aha, it does work. thank you very much. but fix button only appears when checking mesh, after mesh creating. i want to solve it in blocking process. it is possible?

snailstb September 14, 2015 04:46

what a pity. error appears as it is loaded into fluent, using fix botton. null domain point. it seems this kind of error will be solved in blocking process.

Can anybody know what is it going on? thank s a lot.

I have no idea what this error means, maybe something wrong with faces' normals, but if autofix doesn't help than maybe it will be faster do redo your blocking and meshing?
